Post Rock Fitness (PRF) is a membership-based fitness center offering a variety of new equipment in a high-quality, no-crowds, no-judgement atmosphere. PRF is locked at all times; however, pass holders and members have access 7 days a week from 4am-11pm through RhinoFit, a web- and mobile-app. RhinoFit gives pass holders and members barcodes to access the front door along with the ability to manage payments and track usage. Want to use the gym or be a member?
- Purchase a pass/membership by clicking the “Sign-Up Now” button and select the option that works best for you. If you’ve made a purchase before, click the “Sign-In Here” button and use your login information.
- Check your email with instructions to login to your RhinoFit account, sign a waiver, and get a barcode.
- Once logged in, click on your name for a drop-down menu.
- Select “My Barcode”.
- Scan barcode with the scanner at the right side of the front door.

Pay-by-Use Plans – Does not automatically renew
– Walk-In Pass – $10, pass expires 24 hours after purchase
– One Week Pass – $25, pass expires one week after purchase
– One Month Only Pass – $50, pass expires one month after purchase
– 5-Visit Pass – $45, pass expires after 5 visits or one year of purchase
No Contract Monthly Plans – Automatic renewal every month, cancel anytime with at least 10 days’ notice and NO SETUP FEE until January 31, 2025

A few FYI’s relating to memberships:
– All ‘couples’ must be in the same household.
– Additional family members can be added to your plan for an additional $25/mo/person. Family members must be in the same household. Call, text, or email Post Rock Fitness to set it up.
– Students under the age of 18 are allowed to be members as long as a parent or guardian signs and submits a written waiver to Post Rock Fitness. Age restrictions are 1) 16-17 year olds can visit the gym without an adult, 2) 10-15 year olds can only visit with one of two pre-designated adult members providing supervision at all times. The pre-designated adult members are identified as part of the written waiver. And 3) no students under the age of 10 are allowed in the gym at any time.
– All passes and plans include Community Yoga on Wednesday evenings at 5:15pm.
Corporate Membership Program
If your business is looking to improve the health of your employees, offer an affordable perk to retain quality employees, or gain an edge to your hiring process by adding a benefit to your overall benefits package, participating in Post Rock Fitness’s Corporate Membership Program could be the answer! The program requires 5+ employees to sign-up to be monthly members with auto renewal linked to the members credit/debit card or ACH payments.
Starting June 1, 2023, the corporate rate is $10/mo off the “No Contract Monthly Plan – Adult” rate with automatic renewal every month. When a block of employees are becoming members for the first time, or when a new employee is hired and wants to join, the $20 sign-up fee will be waived. The sign-up fee applies for employees who have previously canceled their membership and are rejoining at a later date.
There are two options to participate:
Option 1 – Discounted Rate for Employees: Does not require any investment by the business but simply allows employees to benefit from the group rate.

Option 2 – Discounted Rate + Sponsorship: The business covers a portion of employees’ membership fees while employees are also benefiting from the group rate. The portion is at the business’s discretion and paid monthly. Employee usage reports will be provided on request.
