
Yoga is a fun and informal group of locals that like to do yoga together. Typically, an instructor leads the class the first Wednesday of the month and the other classes utilize YouTube videos. No experience, skill, or talent required. A few yoga mats are available if needed. Bring a towel if extra cushion on your knees is needed. Classes are typically 45-60 minutes.

Tuesday Night Training (TNT) is an all-fun, no-pressure group workout where everyone rotates through 7-10 exercises targeting different muscles. No experience, skill, or talent required. You choose your intensity based on your abilities. Workouts are approx. 45-60 minutes.

– Every Tuesday at 6:15pm (if the class falls on a holiday, the date may be adjusted)
