Post Rock Fitness is a membership-based fitness center located in a newly renovated historic building in downtown Lincoln, KS. We offer a variety of new equipment fitting all ages and abilities in a high quality, no-crowds, no-judgment atmosphere.
Members have access to the fitness center 19 hours/day, 7 days a week through RhinoFit, a mobile app and website. RhinoFit gives members barcodes to access the front door along with the ability to manage membership payments and to register for classes.
