Starting January 2026 Post Rock Fitness will be offering gymnastic classes for students age 3 years old to 12 years old. We will start two classes both at beginner level, then we will evaluate to see which class best fits your child’s skill set. Any and all backgrounds are welcome to join. We look forward to seeing your children grow as they leap, learn and laugh with us.
Gymnastics Classes will be offered Thursday from 4-5pm & 5-6pm. All participants must complete a signed waiver by a parent or guardian before being enrolled in a class.

- Dynamic Class (No previous experience)- $50/mo
- $10 off first sibling discount, $5 off subsequent siblings
- Precision Tumbling (Must have approval to enter) – $60/mo
